Roger...I am really sorry that I have written my posts so badly that you..and I'm sure others as well...have taken them as being argumentative and/or combative  Believe it or not, I was not trying to make this an argument or intended my posts to sound that way.  I honestly thought it was a discussion with opposing viewpoints, conflicting opinions, which I actually think is possible and what I was trying to do.  I apologize to you and all other listers who also took my posts that way.  (I sure do seem to be having to apologize a lot lately, deservedly so no doubt.)  I also apologize to you for using some lines from your email to illustrate my point about "the fans" being referred to as a collective (kinda like "the Borg").  It made it seem like I was finding fault with you specifically and I didn't mean that.  Again, my poorly written post.
