Well that would make sense except we have one DT commit and 3 offered for
2011. We also have 5 DE's offered. We have 3 WR's with offers and only 1
RB with an offer. The focus seems to be defense which makes sense with
Pelini as coach.

Well, there are 22 positions on a football team, 11 of them on offense and
11 on
defense, plus a punter and a place kicker.
They get 25 scholarships a year and a total of 85. If you assume that about
half of
a recruiting class sill redshirt and need to be covered for five years,
that's not
quite 19 players per academic year.
So, on average they can recruit about ONE player at each position each year,
maybe slightly less than that, which means some years they may not be able
to recruit for some positions.
