Looked to me that there was a blatant block in the back on TX's very
first punt return that went uncalled.

The TX punt batted back out to the 7 looked like the right call. The
didn't ever break the plane of the goal line, and that's what counts.

Reed should have told Bo to review the OOB catch. Coaches couldn't see
since it was on the TX sideline.
