I'd love to have a shirt now, I was too damn cheap being a recent college
grad when I joined the list and regret not having one now that would be
sitting in my dresser, too small to wear.

I joined the list around that same time and made the Netsurfer's for
Nebraska t-shirts for everyone!  Wow, that seemed like yesterday.  Anyone up
for another round of Netsurfer for Nebraska shirts? :)

We were into our 4th season of broadcasting Husker games in the Twin Cities
at that time -- Minnesotans for Nebraska (Jon Johnston, Roger Lohr, and
others will recall).  We had a run of 17 years up until a few years ago of
carrying the games on a local radio station.  It's nice to get the games on
TV now -- albeit my 3 PPV games plus ESPN Gameplan this year hits the
wallet.  Only issue is spending all that money for games in standard def...

two young children who are now 23 and 19 were amazed with Mike's big screen
TV and the Green Mountain's he made at his soda fountain.

These days a big screen TV is not so unusual, and my latest one is a 72"
HDTV,
which is fantastic for sports.

BTW, it is Green River (the original lemon lime soft drink), not green 
mountain. :-)
