[Husker] Game Perspective

I'll have to disagree with you on the pre-game "kick-off kid" part.  I work
on the field and was maybe 10 feet from where they were.  The little girl
had developed an amazing case of "I'm shy" as the whole presentation went
on.  She was clinging to her mom pretty good just before and right after the
whole bit.  The Referee was there quite a bit early and was trying to be
very friendly and nice not only to the little girl but her family.  In my
book, the Ref get's props just for going through the whole thing.  More
often than not, I've seen the white hat pawn that job off to another member
of the officiating crew.
