[Husker] 16 Penalties.... really??

I could not get the game here in Georgia tonight but tried to follow it on
ESPN online's Gamecast. I've gotten bits and pieces that there were some bad
calls and Bo-out-of-control moments but 16 infractions? Really? Either there
were some blind referees or our Huskers are a very immature team. Having not
seen the game, I'll withhold an opinion but can somebody objectively tell me
what happened?
