[Husker] a bit of information about Bo's rant

I believe Mike's recollection is correct as I recall something similar.
However, I don't recall the specifics either. I did attend the game and was
welcomed by many aTm fans. In fact, they went out of the way to welcome us.
Those were the most friendly fans I have encounter on an away game...impressive.

I believe that was SMU. SMU developed the saggy aggie sword that offended
them no end. The SMU fans had a good time with the swords.

Wasn't there an incident down there in 2002 when one of A&M's cadets had an
incident "defending the field" from a Husker fan because it was considered
hallowed ground?

Steve that was the first thing I thought of as the game wound down, you
could
tell it was going to be a free for all out there. Really the home team
administration should do a better job in these cases, but 90k is a lot of
people
to try and corral...

My point exactly -- too many people too close to the field and allowed
to "rush" the field after the game. The ATM athletic department
sacrificed safety for extra student ticket income.
