[Husker] Ben Cotton - Penalty

Looks to me like he was grabbing his junk.  At the very least doing
something punishable to aggravate the offense.  I'm not saying cotton
shouldn't have been flagged but 2 penalties worth 30 yards on the guy?

At least give him a kiss or something.
