Watched a lotta football in my 44 years on this planet.  Never seen a game where it was so obvious that the stripes were out to get a particular team.  Say what you want about whether or not the Big 12 has it in for the skers as they leaves the conference.  The phantom roughing the QB at the end on Osborne (and a few others during the game) confirms it for me.
