[Husker] Fiesta Bowl conference ties

Isn't it that Big East does not have a tie in to any bowl and Fiesta has the
last (and therefore most unattractive) pick to play the Big 12 champ? This
essentially makes the Big East champ an at large pick and Fiesta may or may not
end up with this, depending on who wins Big East (South Florida would probably
be more attractive to the Orange Bowl thus freeing up another at large team for
Fiesta, Pitt is unattractive no matter where they go so Fiesta would probably
get them by default). Anyone with any better info, please feel free to chime
in, I'm definitely not the expert reference on this.

Subject: [Husker] Fiesta Bowl conference ties
I'm a little confused about the Fiesta Bowl conference tie ins. I have read
that the Fiesta Bowl does have the Big 12 champ for sure (unless that team is in
the BCS Championship). It's the other tie in I'm confused about. I have read
that the other tie in is the Big East champ and I have also seen that it will be
a BCS at-Large pick. The Big East does not have a team that is currently in the
top 25.
Can someone clear this up for me?
