Since it has never been specified what Martinez's injury is we don't know. If it is indeed a high ankle sprain I doubt he plays this week and probably won't be 100% the rest of the season. That injury takes away a lot of his quickness advantage. 
 
I would be surprised if Lee plays again. 
 
As far as Dennard, I have heard doctors say the rule is one week after being cleared to practice you will be cleared to play in a game. Since he is only practicing half time, I would be surprised if he plays.
