[Husker] Paul is something else

When the player who led Niles out of the endzone first ran back to him,
I was sure he'd signal Niles to stay put and it looked to me as though
that's what Niles expected. Instead he led him out.

I've often had the impression that 'that position' had the
responsibility of helping the kickoff receiver to make the correct
decision. Can someone tell me if that's possible?

Regardless, the decision to come out didn't cause the fumble.
