The folks on 'Inside the NFL' on Showtime were talking about it the other night, I can't remember if it was Simms or Collinsworth who mentioned it. Perhaps I should have put that as a disclaimer, since I don't know how 'expert' their knowledge of the situation really is, but I for one believe it.
