[Husker] Pinkel / Time Outs / Player Eligibility after injury attend

I know that happened in the Texas/Baylor game. It was on a punt late in the game. The UT player muffed the catch and replay showed another UT player actually had recovered the ball and was down by contact at the 8 yard line. However, there was a personal foul called on UT that never got marked off (from the 8 to the 4).
