[Husker] ticket question

Good morning!

A friend and I are interested in taking our wives to the Washington 
game.  The NU website indicates that ticket requests will be 
prioritized according to donor points.  Can anyone tell me if away 
game tickets like this are ever available to requesters with no 
points?
