[Husker] HuskerPedia Lawsuit

Jon Johnston and myself received a copy of a lawsuit that David Max filed today against Information SuperBrand, the company that now controls HuskerPedia.  The lawsuit seeks the return of control of HuskerPedia as well as over $390k that Max loaned to ISI (some on personal credit cards).
