Whereas I think NU was gone as soon as the big 10 indicated we had a
spot. There was nothing texas or the b12 or anybody else could have
done to keep us. Even under the best possible big 12 scenario, big 10
was the better option. Money, academics, tradition, conference
politics ... Big 12 loses in every way.
