And NU's response will be that there will be no financial harm to the
remainder of the conference, and so such withholdings would be
"inappropriate" as their intent is to "make whole" any parties
"damaged" by the departing schools. Could be an interesting fight.
Considering the approximately $15M at stake, expect lots of attorney
fees on both sides for this one.
