So is there going to be a big legal battle between the Big XII -2 and Nebraska? 

Beebe is stressing the value of sharing revenue with fewer schools and collecting and distributing the departure penalties of Nebraska and Colorado, the source said.

Interesting! I doubt that Colorado can afford the legal battle. Does that put them back in the fold?
