I don't see this as a Beebe win - I see it as the Texas Legislature owns the Universities in Texas and put their political foot down!

Plus, Texas owns the Big XII - Nebraska no dissent left - they can push everyone around and do as they like - greed, greed, greed! 

Harvey and Dr Tom have ethics. It's looking like the others don't .....
