One of the articles on Husker Max stated that the Texas legislature 
plans to hold a hearing Wednesday. The guy in charge of the hearing made 
it pretty clear that UT, A&M and Tech would be ill advised to make a 
move before that, noting they are public institutions who have to come 
to the legislature for funding. (And you thought UT is heavy handed.)

If the alpha dog decides to go to the Pac 10 next July, the puppies will 
all go then, too.
