I'm no lawyer but could we escrow our receipts? Under the circumstances NU
would presumably know if the B12 was going to survive and for how long
before we play the first game this year and the first receipts from the gate
and TV arrive. Also, I have wondered what the meaning of the B10 making NU
whole might imply. Are they indemnifying our possible loss due to the
"penalty" to some extent? Seems like a chance for a lot of lawyers to get
into the act.
