I already stated it's been a very quiet Sunday! I found six different potential Big Ten ++ division splits on the Internet today. 
I lined them up and came up with percentages - so here it is. most likely to occur according to the Internet so far: 

Division A/Two/
East/Black/
Great Lakes  Divison  B/One/

0% Nebraska 100% 
17% Illinois 83% 
17% Minnesota 83% 
17% Wisconsin 83% 
33% Northwestern 67% 
100% Indiana 0% 
100% Michigan State 0% 
100% Ohio State 0% 
83% Michigan 17% 
83% Purdue 17% 
50% Penn State 50% 

Northwestern has a slight lean to the West so that leaves Penn State in the East (even odds on where PSU ends up)
