[Husker] From Texas Arrogance to ???

I guess I'm confused about what arrogance you see from the Big 10 in that
post, which is on an Iowa State blog?

Sure there will be arrogance from Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State fans, but
that's what makes sports so much fun -- it's socially acceptable arrogance.
