Interesting that both proposals stole Mike's suggestion of putting PSU 
in with NU. The proposals are remarkably similar; the only difference is 
flipping Wisconsin and Illinois. One would sacrifice 
Minnesota-Wisconsin, while the other sacrifices Northwestern-Illinois. 
Unless, of course, they institute a "designated rival" system. Fun to 
speculate.
