Thank You for sharing.   The CBS Sports.com article is good, and the 130+
comments are very interesting.  It brings the fans together to talk a lot of
smack.

One 'hit-the-nail-on-the-head' quote by TO was priceless:

"One school leaving a conference does not break up a conference. Two schools
leaving a conference does not break up a conference. Six schools leaving a
conference, breaks up a conference."

Also, texas' refusal to more fairly share league proceeds by forming a Big
XII TV network is at the root of the league's demise.  My unsubstantiated
opinion is that the longhorns overpowered the SWC and caused its collapse in
the early 1990's, and it was their threat of taking 1/2 of the league to the
PAC10 that imploded the Big XII.

So, as of this morning:

The Big 10 has 12 teams
The Big XII has 10 teams
The PAC 10 has 11 teams

I think the game in Lincoln on October 16th will be exciting!
