I suspect it'll be a mixed bag, as always. No team's fans are perfect.

I'm told there are people in Minnesota who are still PO'd about the thumping
they got decades ago, and the same is true in Indiana. (Lee Corso never
forgot it, I'm sure.)

And there are some Northwestern fans still upset about the Alamo Bowl and
who never approved of what happened with Lawrence Phillips. (I wasn't all
that thrilled with it, either, as long-time Husker listers may recall, and
I think LP has proven by his subsequent actions that he probably didn't
deserve the extra chances he got.)

But then, I there are several Big Ten schools that have skeletons they'd
rather people not remember, too.

For the most part, I think they'll look forward to the games when they happen,
because the Huskers always draw well on the road and have a reputation for
treating visiting fans fairly well, better than the fans at a few Big Ten
schools I could mention.

Maybe we'll schedule a joint Nebraska-Northwestern list gathering the first time
the Cats come calling.

I'm really curious to learn when Lincoln's cable company will start offering the
Big Ten network. Sure would be nice if it was available for the 2010
season.
