[Husker] USC sanctions officially handed down

I suppose you can be in charge, and not know, but that's a sign of
ineffective and failed leadership. Regardless, whether he knew about it or
not, he is ultimately responsible for all that happens or does not happen in
the football program. That's why leadership is hard, and leaders are
generally well compensated. With that compensation should come VERY high
expectations and the understanding that failures of leadership will result
in serious personal consequences.
But what would I know about this subject....I'm just an Army officer.
