[Husker] USC sanctions officially handed down

My opinion only.  I don't think you can be in charge and not know about, or hear about most of the underhanded stuff that was going on.

Owamagbe Odighizuwa actually went to UCLA.

And Pete Carroll is a genius. Either he was involved in incurring the
sanctions (most likely explanation) and was smart enough to get out at the
perfect time, or he wasn't involved and smelled the smoke soon enough to
avoid the fire.
