[Husker] USC sanctions officially handed down

Sounds like if it weren't "USC" another death penalty might have come down.  I loved reading the restrictions on the boosters... they can't even attend practices anymore.

For the paying of players OJ Mayo and Reggie Bush, USC was handed some
serious penalties today from the NCAA.  They will be banned 2 years from the
postseason and lose 30 scholarships surrendered over the next 3 years.

 

There are some other punishments like vacating wins, etc. and some monetary
penalties on the basketball program, but WOW.
