[Husker] Chicago Tribune says Nebraska will join the Big Ten

I'm under the impression you have to be invited to apply. Then the Big 10 decides if you're in. The assumption is, if you're invited, you're gonna be approved to get in.

Well, you don't get invited ... You apply, but in this case with the
understanding that you'll get approved.
