Nebraska media cannot confirm the OrangeBlood.com report...mostly because the phone conference was still going on when Chip "broke" that story.  In other words, nothing is official yet.

My rumor mill continues to say "Friday".  The latest reports from the Regents suggest that today's meeting discussed things in general.  Negotiations are still going on over the fine print (how soon, how much).

ESPN is reporting at 4:30 in a breaking news bottom crawl that Nebraska Regents in an informal meeting agree to move to Big Ten (orangeblood.com)  - and  Big Ten has extended a formal invite and that AD Osborne has informed staff - as reported by Chris Mortensen.
