ESPN is reporting at 4:30 in a breaking news bottom crawl that Nebraska 
Regents in an informal meeting agree to move to Big Ten (orangeblood.com)  - 
and  Big Ten has extended a formal invite and that AD Osborne has informed 
staff - as reported by Chris Mortensen.
