In hexadecimal, f is 15...so 16 teams would be 10 in base 16.
(For those not in technology, base 16 is how computers electronically count. That's why your computer, digital camera, and iPods typically have memory in numbers that are usually a round number based on 16. For example: 16 gig, 32 gig, 64 gig, etc.)
