[Husker] Is it now semi-official?

I haven't seen anything additional that isn't based on Lee Barfknecht's report in the World-Herald, combined with Tom Osborne's mention about wrapping this up in the next few days.  I do take Osborne's comments as meaning that something is going to change, especially when he mentioned this decision affecting things for the next 75-100 years.  If Nebraska was going to stay in the Big XII, does anybody seriously think that issues regarding the stability of the Big XII won't reemerge in five or ten more years, if not sooner?
