It is my opinion at this point that if Notre Dame doesn't come in this round of expansion, no one else, including Missouri will be brought in at this point. It sounds like Notre Dame is seriously negotiating, so that makes the situation rosier for Missouri. 

 

 

This brings up some interesting scenarios. I doubt they would have PSU, OSU, Michigan and Notre Dame in the same division. More than likely Notre Dame would be in the West with Nebraska and Missouri. One of Notre Dame's demands is that they play Michigan every year. I doubt they would put Michigan in the West across from OSU.

 

All speculation, but fun speculation.
