You're probably right.  I think he is a great coach...well really, really good at least.  I shouldn't jump the gun on "great".  And the bad stuff is probably part of what makes him so good.  But a really, really good Head Coach?  I can't give him that unless he can learn to control himself.  But I wish he didn't do so many things that he subsequently needs to learn from.
