That's what I'm hoping for, too. I would love to see rivalries develop with Iowa, Bucky and Penn State.
And if the Big 10 is smart that's the way they will go. It may not make geographical sense, but they need to have a balance of power when it comes to football. Having three of your biggest programs in one division would be a bad idea and wouldn't do much for the conference's image. Just ask the Big 12.
