I'm not sure if you've been paying attention the last 50 years or so, 
but I'm pretty convinced the government can't walk or chew gum 
separately.  Quite frankly, it scares me whenever Americans are so 
willing to let the government intrude in another aspect of life that 
they have no constitutional right to be in.  Whether it benefits your 
viewpoint or not, the precedent being set is not good for anyone.
