Do you believe Boise State receives an advantage because of blue turf?

Doesn't the NCAA have more imortant things with which to concern themselves?

The NCAA will not allow Boise State to again lay down a blue turf.  Given 
that the turf is reaching its end-of-life there won't be a Smurf Turf much 
longer...
