[Husker] Boise State (fwd)

The current surface was placed in 2008 a Field Turf version of the blue
turf.  The NCAA has not banned its use, at least according to Wikipedia.

The NCAA will not allow Boise State to again lay down a blue turf.  Given
that the turf is reaching its end-of-life there won't be a Smurf Turf much
longer...

I think the deal should include Boise having to paint their field green. 
That blue one hurts my eyes.  The players'  blue uniforms blend into the
field making it difficult for the opponents to see them. ( :

According to a story on the Journal Star site, the proposal to Boise
State was made several months ago, and they haven't responded to it
yet.  So it is far from a done deal.
