You are probably right Merlin, the Huskers have a very balanced offense this year as compared to last but with Griffin out the opposing teams would play honest D than they are now with all the double and triple teams Griffin is seeing. And the other post players don't bring that to the table.

What you say is correct, but my point is that Nebraska could weather a injury to Kelsey better than some other teams with a superstar player. I mean imagine Oklahome State without Riley or Kansas without McCray (sp). or
Kansas State without Sweat or Iowa State without Lacey. I think that these teams would have a larger drop-off than the Huskers. What team other than UCONN could lose an All-American and still maintain.

All of this is true but without Griffin this team is a lot different,
Griffin is the one when the team needs a bucket or rebound she gets it. Like
in Tuesdays game with TU, TU gets the game to within 5 Griffin goes to work
gets a rebound drives and gets the and one game over. I don't think anyone
else on the team can dl this.
