I seldom post and hesitate to now on this topic, but this is one where I have strong opinion. Maybe not accurate, but none the less a strong one. Bill Callahan may well be a football genius, a great offensive mind and/or a super offensive line coach, but he accomplished none of those things as head coach of the Cornhuskers. His record as a head coach in the pros and in college is poor when compared to many other coaches. The record of the last two years, indicates (at least to me) that coaching is  the difference.  I won't even go into the way Callahan has talked about/to opponents, blaming our players for not executing and trashing the traditions of the program.

I am happy that we have the coaches we have now and are moving forward.
