I've always been more charitable to BC than most on this list.   It was amazing to watch the Jets ground game overwhelm the Bengals last weekend.

I wouldn't agree that the WCO was a failure at Nebraska.  Our problems were more on the other side of the ball.  If he had even a mediocre DC he'd probably still be wearing red.

All that micromanaging that led to his ultimate failure at Nebraska has now become a strength, now that he focuses all that detail on the offensive line.

Here's the telling quote:

Good for Bill that he's finally found his true calling and has found happiness.
