Wasn't there another coach after Madden, Flores, Shell and Gruden who took
Oakland to the Superbowl in his first year?  Bill something or other.  Of
course his second year was a disaster as he lost his team after calling them
"the dumbest team in America."  My memory is bad but I think he took over
one of the top football program's in the country before running that team
into the ground as well.  Ended up with the Jets as an assistant coach IIRC.

His name will eventually come back to me sometime (sarcasm alert!) - no
matter how hard I try to forget.
