[Husker] McCoy leadership

They showed a few clips of McCoy talking to the team and his backup, and 
one doesn't need to be demonstrative to inspire people.
Also keep in mind that the times when McCoy would have address the team 
would mostly have been during TV timeouts when the entire team was on 
the sidelines.  We only see a fraction of what happens on the sidelines.
