New NCAA recruiting rule that limits designated head coaches in waiting (say for example TX DC Will Muschamp) to the same recruiting restrictions as the head coach.  DeLoss Dodds thinks TX is just being picked on.  Rule only affects one other school right now, Maryland.  Can we have a collective "aw, too bad" for the Horns?
