Y'know I never thought of it that way. I got caught up in the whole Big 12
= Big Longhorn conference and wouldn't it be great to go to a great
conference like the Big 10. I think the Big 10 is great and I am really
excited about all the new games and opponents. To me most of the Big12
games had gotten soooo stale. But you make points that I just didn't
realize. It could end up being a big change in the Husker culture in the
ways you describe. I hope not too much, time will tell. Until then, I'm
very excited about all that next season will bring. I do not think it will
be a particularly successful season with respect to wins and losses.
Overall tougher conference, tougher opponents, really tough out-of-division
schedule. And I have my doubts about how good we will be next year. But
still looking forward and not back. I bear no ill will to the Huskies.
They came in to take care of business and did it in a big way.
