[Husker] Holiday Bowl weather

>From what the news is saying, most of the stadium parking lot has been cleared 
of the running flood waters that were there on wednesday.
It's a tad on the cold side but decent football weather, currently in the low 
50's headed to the 40's, but at least it's not raining like yesterday,
the sky has been clear all day.

(oh, and that "excessive celebration" penalty at the end of the Kansas State 
game today was utter nonsense).
