[Husker] Casey Martinez Talks to the LA Times

I don't know that I feel entitled to know, nor is it necessary for
coach to be that transparent. He manages the team discipline and I
think those details should be kept within their system as I believe it
works.

I remember talking with a Husker QB who played for Osborne many years
ago who said that although calm on the surface he handled a lot of
discipline and performance issues quietly but very, very firmly behind
the scenes. Although Bo Pelini has a different style, and I'd prefer
to see the inside information on how they handle discipline.

The head coach made it nformatioa point to let everyone on the team know it wouldn't fly, and I bet no one has dialed up the cell on the sidelines since. My take is that Pelini, for whatever odd reason, is not being truthful about why he hulked out on the kid, it was clearly the cell phone issue.
